Cancellation & Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

The deposit is refundable only when the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.
